Luis Ricardo Falero de Candelarese (Granada, May 23, 1851-London, December 7, 1896) was a Spanish self-taught painter, inventor and engineer. His paintings were branded in Spain as "close to pornography", and consequently his work was little known to the general public, although when he traveled to London everything changed and his work had an excellent reception.
